MINOR TOURIST VISA

REQUIRED MANDATORY DOCUMENTS FOR UNDER 18 APPLICANTS

1. PASSPORT/BRP AND TRAVEL DOCUMENT
  • Travel Document: Must be valid for 6 months beyond from the date you leave Turkiye.
  • Ordinary Passport: Passport and BRP must be valid for 6 months beyond the application date.
  • Bring your original BRP and PRINT OUT settlement status reference from gov.uk.
  • Provide a photocopy of the ID page of the Passport/Travel Document and BRP.
2. FORMS

Fill out (1) Pre Application Form, 2) Terms and conditions, 3) Entry Undertaking Form, and 4) Consent Letter for Under 18 electronically. Print, sign, and bring all copies.

3. PHOTOGRAPH & 4. BIRTH CERTIFICATE

Photograph: One standard passport size photo (max 6 months old), undamaged and clear.

Birth Certificate: Original and copy required. Must be in English or translated into English.

NOTE: A hospital letter is NOT accepted. You cannot apply without a Birth Certificate or an official Family Certificate from your Consulate.
5. PARENTS’ IDS & CONSENT REQUIREMENTS

Both Parents Must Be Present during the application to provide signatures.

If a parent is absent or deceased, provide:

  • Court decision granting full custody, OR
  • Death Certificate, OR
  • Judicial declaration of incompetence.
Absent Parent’s Consent: If only one parent is attending, the absent parent must submit a consent letter that is Apostilled or Legalised.
*Note: Consent letters from Turkiye or a Turkish Consulate do not require an Apostille.
Special Cases:
  • Adoption: Provide Adoption Decree with parents’ names.
  • Foster Care: Detailed letter showing permission to travel to Turkiye from UK authorities.
  • Travelling Alone: Both parents must sign a consent letter.
6. SCHOOL LETTER & 7. PROOF OF INCOME

School Letter: Provide a letter from the school if applicable.

Income (Parents’ documents accepted):

  • Working: Last 2 months’ Payslips.
  • Self-Employed: Signed Accountant Letter (P60/Tax Return not accepted).
  • Not Working: Universal Credit, Student Finance, Pensions, or Allowances.
8. LATEST 6 MONTHS BANK STATEMENT

Parents’ bank statements are accepted. Must show full transactions, name, and address.

• Stays up to 10 days: Min £400
• Stays 10+ days: Extra £40 per day/person.

Sponsorship: Only spouse, parent, child or sibling can sponsor. Requires signed letter, ID, and financial proof.

9. FLIGHT & 10. HOTEL RESERVATION

Flight: Departure/arrival tickets required. Travel date must be at least 30 days after application. Do not pay before visa approval.

Hotel: Must include applicant’s name. Dates must match flight tickets.

FAKE RESERVATIONS WILL CAUSE TO REJECT OF YOUR APPLICATIONS.
IMPORTANT: Travel Insurances are ONLY accepted if made at the Voya Visa office. Do NOT bring outside insurance.
  • Documents must be original photocopy. Screenshots are NOT accepted.
  • Payments: Cash or bank transfer. Fees are non-refundable.
