Important Information for Group Applications

All applicants must attend our office in person, as biometric fingerprints are required for every visa application.

For group applications, please notify us in advance by email at workpermit@voyavisa.com

Please include:

  • Preferred application date
  • Number of applicants attending

To help minimise waiting times, one representative may visit our office first with all of the crew members’ application documents. Once we have checked the documents and entered the application details into our system, the remaining applicants will only need to attend the office for biometric fingerprint collection.

This arrangement allows us to process group applications more efficiently and helps avoid unnecessary waiting at our office.

Whenever possible, we kindly recommend that group applications arrive at 9:00 am, as this enables us to process all applications more quickly and efficiently.
