You don’t need to book an appointment to apply for work visa. You can come to our office any time between 9 am to 2 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
WORK VISA REQUIREMENTS
- Letter from the Turkish company: Details of job title (Turkish title in brackets, max 30 chars), starting date, and duration. Must be A4 size, no small prints.
- Employment Contract: Must match the Turkish company letter details exactly.
- Passport & BRP: Original and Photocopy. Non-British must have 6 months valid BRP and gov.uk settlement status printout.
- Passport Validity: Must be valid for duration of employment plus minimum 60 days.
- Forms: Work Permit Form and Undertaking Form must be fully filled and signed.
- Permanent Resident Card: EU status reference number or valid resident card for non-EU.
Visa Fee: GBP 582 (Including Insurance) for British Citizens. Cash or bank transfer only.
WORK VISA PROCESS (Up to 6 weeks)
First Step: Receive reference from Turkish Consulate (10 working days). Give this to your company in Turkey for Ministry of Labor application.
Second Step: Upon approval from Ankara, bring your passport to our office for visa issuance (max 10 days).
TOUR OPERATOR VISA REQUIREMENTS
- Passport Original and Photocopy + BRP (if applicable).
- 1x Biometric Photograph.
- Work Permit Form & Undertaking Form (Filled and signed).
- Turkish company’s registration document & job confirmation letter.
- Statement of Main Terms and Conditions of Employment.
- Certificate (Tour Operator) & Current UK company letter.
Visa Fee: GBP 588 (Including 1 year Insurance) for British Citizens.
COMPANY OWNER VISA REQUIREMENTS
- Accountant letter: (Turkish or English) addressed to Turkish Consulate in London with job details and Turkish title in brackets.
- Company supporting letters: VERGİ LEVHASI, VEKALETNAME etc.
- Passport, BRP, and 1x Biometric Photo.
- Work Permit Form & Undertaking Form.
- Permanent Resident Card/Status printout.
Visa Fee: GBP 582 (Including Insurance) for British Citizens.
IMPORTANT: Regarding to Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Turkey, Travel Insurance MUST be done by our office. Others are not accepted.
- Documents must be original copies. Screenshots are not accepted.
- We do not keep your passport in our office during the initial process.
