Visa process takes up to 10 working days. There is no fast-track service available. We keep the passports with us during the visa process.

The applicants must bring all the necessary documents mentioned below when they attend the visa application appointment. Otherwise, we can’t take the application.

• Undertaking Form – Must be fully completed and signed.
• Visa Application Form – Must be fully completed and signed.
• Passport – Valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended “duration of stay” of the visa. Non-British applicants must also provide a valid BRP with at least 6 months of validity, or printed proof of residence status from the following website: https://www.gov.uk/view-prove-immigration-status (please do not provide the share code).
• One passport-sized photograph – UK passport size, taken within the last 6 months.
• Original driving license and a copy – Both the original and a photocopy of your driving license.
• Invitation letter from Turkey – If applicable.
• Letter from your UK employer – This letter should detail the journey and include information about the goods you will be transporting.
• Non-British Citizens – Must provide a valid residence permit with at least 6 months’ validity at the time of application.

£582 for British Citizens (1-year, single or multiple entry, including travel insurance).

£288 for British Citizens (6-months, single or multiple entry, including travel insurance).

We only accept payments via cash or bank transfer. Payment must be made on the day of the application.
