It is your responsibility to ensure that if you have received a ban or overstayed you do need to apply for a visa in order to travel to Türkiye. Please ensure you attend for an appointment latest 6 weeks before your travel dates it will take 4-6 weeks for the visa to be issued.
1. BAN & COVER LETTER
- BAN LETTER: If you were given any by the border lines.
- COVER LETTER: Reason of the ban or overstay information explained in the letter by the applicant and signed.
2. FORMS & 3. PASSPORT
FORMS: Please fill up the forms
electronically (not with a pen) and sign. Include Pre-Application, Terms and Conditions, and Entry Form from:
voyavisa.com/appointment-and-account/.
PASSPORT AND TRAVEL DOCUMENT:
- Valid for 6 months beyond from the date you leave Türkiye (Travel Document) or from the date you apply (Ordinary Passport).
- Bring original BRP card, photocopy, and settlement status reference printout from gov.uk.
- A copy of the ID page of your Passport/Travel Document and BRP.
5. PHOTOGRAPH & 6. PROOF OF INCOME
PHOTOGRAPH: One recent biometric photograph (max 6 months old), undamaged and clear, with a white background.
PROOF OF INCOME:
- Working: Last 2 months’ Payslips.
- Self-employed: Accountant Letter signed by Accountant or Solicitor (stating self-employed status and income). Tax return/P60 not accepted.
- Not working: Universal Credit, Student Finance, Pensions, or Allowances evidence.
7. LAST 6 MONTHS’ BANK STATEMENTS
Statement must show full name, home address, date, and end balance.
• Up to 10 days stay: Balance must be at least £400.
• More than 10 days stay: Extra £40 for each day per person.
If Sponsored by a Family Member:
- Signed Sponsorship Letter (Spouse, parent, child, or sibling only).
- Evidence of relationship (marriage certificate, etc.) and proof of address.
- Sponsor’s ID copy, last 6 months Bank Statement, and last 2 months income proof.
8. FLIGHT & 9. HOTEL RESERVATION
- FLIGHT: Departure and arrival tickets. Travel dates must be at least 30 days later from application (max 60 days before). Must include free cancellation. Do not pay before grabbing your visa.
- HOTEL: Must include applicant’s name and match flight dates. Must include free cancellation.
- Invitation: If staying with host, provide signed Invitation Letter, host’s ID copy, and Utility Bill/Rent Lease.
*** ATTENTIONS ***
- FOR MEDICAL APPLICATIONS: Must bring detailed letterheaded medical invitation from the hospital including address, treatment name, dates, doctor’s name/signature, and hospital stamp.
- FOR CHILDREN UNDER 18: Original and copy of BIRTH CERTIFICATE (translated if not in English). Both parents’ IDs and both parents must be present for signatures.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Only accepted if made via Voya Visa office. ALL OTHER TRAVEL INSURANCES WILL NOT BE VALID. Do NOT bring Travel Insurance with you.
