TRAVELLING BY CAR – ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS
In addition to the required documents mentioned below you must also bring below documents:
- The Car Registration Certificate
- Driving Licence
- Ferry Tickets
- Car Insurance
- All the other visas which you need for the countries you will be travelling through (If exempt, submit an official letter as evidence).
TRAVELLING ON A CRUISE – ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS
In addition to the required mandatory documents mentioned below you also need this additional documents:
- Full Cruise Programme: If entering Turkiye several times, ensure you signed the multi-visa requirement on your application form and paid the multi-visa fee.
- All the other visas which you need for the countries you will be travelling through (If exempt, submit an official letter as evidence).
You must bring all the necessary documents with you when you attend your appointment. Otherwise, we can’t take your application.
1. PASSPORT AND TRAVEL DOCUMENT
- Valid for at least 6 months beyond the date you leave Türkiye.
- Non-British (Ordinary Passport): BRP must be valid for 6 months beyond the date you apply.
- Bring original BRP card, a photocopy, and settlement status reference printout from gov.uk.
- A copy of the ID page of your passport/travel document and BRP is required.
2. FORMS & 3. PHOTOGRAPH
2. FORMS: Fill forms
electronically (not with a pen), sign, and print along with Terms and Conditions and Entry Form from:
voyavisa.com/appointment-and-account/.
3. PHOTOGRAPH: One recent biometric photograph (last 6 months), undamaged, clear, with a white background.
4. PROOF OF INCOME & 5. BANK STATEMENTS
- Employed: Most recent 2 months’ payslips.
- Self-employed: Letter from accountant/solicitor confirming status and income (Tax returns/P60 not accepted).
- Unemployed: Universal Credit, student finance, pensions, or allowances evidence.
• Stays up to 10 days: At least £400.
• Stays longer than 10 days: Additional £40 per day per person.
If Sponsored by a Family Member: Signed sponsorship letter (spouse, parent, child, sibling), relationship evidence, sponsor’s ID, 6 months bank statements, and 2 months income proof.
6. FLIGHT & 7. HOTEL RESERVATION
- Flight: Departure and return tickets. Travel dates must be at least 30 days after application (max 60 days before). Must allow cancellation without penalty.
- Hotel: Must include applicant’s name and match flight dates. Must be cancellable without penalty.
- Cruise Stay: If staying on a cruise whilst in Turkiye, please provide evidence.
IMPORTANT: Travel insurance must be purchased through the Voya Visa office at your appointment. Other travel insurances are not accepted.
- Documents must be original copies. Screenshots are not accepted.
