1. PASSPORT & PHOTOGRAPHS
- Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months. Include copies of the passport and previous visas. At least one blank page (front and back) is required.
- Biometric Photographs: Two recent 5×5 biometric photos, not older than 6 months.
IMPORTANT: Travel insurance during the travel period is ONLY issued through our office. No other insurance will be accepted.
Visa Fee: 203$ + 5$ for Initial Flight Reservation
- Initial flight reservations can be handled through our office.
- The Turkish Embassy reserves the right to request additional documents.
