Visit Visa – Ghana
1. PERSONAL & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
- Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months.
- Photocopy: Passport data page photocopy.
- Residence Permit: Valid residence permit if applicant is a foreigner staying in Ghana.
- Photograph: One (1) American size passport picture.
- Reservations: Flight reservation and Hotel reservation.
2. INVITATION & HOST DOCUMENTS
- Invitation Letter: Official invitation from the host in Turkey (Must be written in Turkish).
- Host Identification: Copy of National ID card, residence permit, or work permit of the inviter.
- Host Finances: 3 months bank statement of the host in Turkey.
3. PROFESSIONAL & FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS
- Employees: Appointment letter and Introduction letter from your company (on letterheaded paper showing employment date, salary, and promotions).
- Business Owners: Certificate of company registration and tax clearance certificate (Originals and photocopies – Advisable).
- Students: Official letter from the school and a valid Student ID.
- Income: 3 months payslips (if applicable) and updated bank statements for the last three (3) months.
- Sponsorship: Sponsorship letter if the applicant is not sponsoring their trip.
- Assets: Supporting documents such as property ownership documents (if applicable).
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- Travel Insurance: Compulsory to be obtained at the visa center. Outside insurance policies are not accepted.
- All bank statements must be recently updated to reflect current funds.
- Ensure the Turkish invitation letter includes the full contact details of the host.
