GENERAL INFORMATION

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT FOR YOUR VISA APPLICATION FOR TURKIYE.

​Voya Visa is a Turkish Visa Application Centre that is registered in accordance with local laws and regulations recognised by the Turkish Consulate General to handle the daily routine work of processing visa applications. Our establishment is authorised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkiye.

You must book an appointment at least 30 days before your flight/travel date to travel to Turkiye. All other information regarding document requirements are listed on https://voyavisa.com/index.php/united-kingdom/

WE STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO CHECK OUR Required Mandatory Documents VERY CAREFULLY. Failure to provide these documents will result in delays in processing the visa application. Applicants are required to bring all documents mentioned for their appointment with APPLICATION FORM FILLED UP ELECTRONICALLY AND SIGNED PER PERSON, TERMS AND CONDITIONS, ENTRY TO TURKIYE FORM TO AVOID WAITING TIME AT OUR OFFICE, Otherwise we will not be able to process your application and you must book other appointment to apply for Turkiye Visa.

PASSPORT COLLECTION TIME IS BETWEEN 02:00PM-04:00PM

All payments are taken by cash or bank transfer. PLEASE CHECK OUR FEES BEFORE YOU ARRIVE OUR OFFICE.

TRAVEL INSURANCES ARE ONLY ACCEPTED MADE VIA AT OUR OFFICE , BY THE DECISION OF THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF TURKIYE .

ALL OTHER TRAVEL INSURANCES WILL NOT BE VALID FOR STICKER VISA.

For that reason do not bring travel insurance with you for your Turkiye Visa Application.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU BRING ALONG WITH YOU A BIOMETRIC SIZE PASSPORT PHOTO TAKEN WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PHOTOS THAT ARE NOT BIOMETRIC.

We would kindly remind you that we accept walk in VIP Visa Applications from Monday to Friday between 09:00 am to 04:00 pm at our office, if you need urgent / emergency appointment or if you want to apply for a visa earlier than your appointment.

(VIP application is subject to the additional fees. Please check our fees or send us email to [email protected] for more information.)

This service is only to make an early appointment for the applicants who needs urgent appointment. Please note that even VIP applications, the decision-making period determined by the Consulate applies.

WALK IN VIP APPOINTMENT IS SUBJECT TO AVALIABILITY .
