2. MEDICAL & LEGAL CLEARANCE
- 3. Non-Criminal Investigation letter (CID).
- 4. Medical Certificate from Dikfeer Hospital: An official medical letter issued by Erdoğan Hospital, clearly stating that the required medical treatment is not available locally. For instance, a letter from Digfeer Hospital outlining the diagnosis and the unavailability of appropriate treatment in the country.
3. HOSPITAL INVITATION & COST ESTIMATES
- 5 & 6. Invitation Letter from the Hospital in Turkey: An official invitation letter from a medical institution in Turkey, confirming their willingness to provide the necessary treatment.
- Requirements: This letter should be accompanied by a detailed cost estimate (treatment quotation) outlining the expenses related to the medical care.
- Proof of Payment: The person must provide proof of deposit payment or a health visa code.
4. PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT (For Bank Statement Owner)
- 7. Proof of employment letter: The owner of the bank statement is required to provide proof of employment.
- If they are a businessperson, they must submit a copy of their business license.
- If they are employed, they must provide an employment verification letter from their employer.
