1. PASSPORT & PHOTOGRAPHS
- Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months. Include copies of the passport and previous visas. At least one blank page (front and back) is required.
- Biometric Photographs: Two recent 4×6 biometric photos, not older than 6 months.
2. FINANCIAL STATUS
- Bank Statement: Stamped bank statement for the last 6 months’ transactions. Must be issued within 10 days of application.
- Türkiye Bank Account: A copy of bank transactions from Türkiye can be submitted if available.
- Foreign Accounts: Accounts from outside Egypt or Türkiye must be authorized by the Egyptian Embassy in that country and the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
3. OCCUPATION & AUTHORIZATION
- Employees: Original signed and stamped HR letter (stating salary, hiring date, position, and purpose of travel), valid for 30 days. Must be authorized by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Business Owners: Original and copy of the commercial register and tax card. Must be authorized by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
4. THE INVITATION LETTER
- Turkish Company Invitation: A copy of an invitation signed and stamped by the Turkish company, valid for 30 days.
- Company Records: A copy of the commercial register and tax card of the inviting company in Türkiye.
5. FOR NON-EGYPTIAN APPLICANTS
- Residence Permit: Must have a full 3-month validity in Egypt.
- Application Timeline: Apply at least 30 days before the residence permit expires.
- Translation: Arabic documents must be translated into Turkish by authorized sworn translators. List available at: www.konsolosluk.gov.tr.
IMPORTANT: Travel insurance during the travel period is ONLY issued through our office. No other insurance will be accepted.
Single Entry Fee: 203$ + 5$ Service Fee.
Multiple Entry Fee: 369$ + 5$ Service Fee (Requires entering Türkiye at least twice before).
- Initial flight and hotel reservations can be handled through our office.
- The Turkish Embassy reserves the right to request additional documents or a personal interview.
- Fees and documents are non-refundable in case of rejection.
