SHIP CREW VISA – Ghana
1. PERSONAL & IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS
- Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months.
- Photocopy: Passport data page photocopy.
- Residence Permit: Valid residence permit if applicant is a foreigner staying in Ghana.
- Photograph: One (1) American size passport picture.
2. MARITIME & PROFESSIONAL DOCUMENTS
- Seaman’s Book: Original Seaman’s Book must be presented.
- Contract: Valid employment contract from the company.
- Invitation: Official invitation letter from Turkey (Must be written in Turkish).
- Reservation: Confirmed flight reservation.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- Travel Insurance: This will be acquired at the visa center during the application process. Outside insurance is not accepted.
- Original documents must be submitted along with their photocopies for verification.
