FAMILY UNIFICATION – Ghana
1. PERSONAL & TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
- Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months.
- Photocopy: Passport data page photocopy.
- Residence Permit: Valid residence permit if applicant is a foreigner staying in Ghana.
- Photograph: One (1) American size passport picture.
- Flight & Hotel: Flight reservation and Hotel reservation (your residence address).
2. INVITATION & PROFESSIONAL DOCUMENTS
- Invitation: Notarized invitation letter from Turkey.
- Introduction Letter: Document from your company on letterheaded paper showing employment date, salary, and any promotions (if applicable).
- Evidence of Work: 3 months pay slips (if applicable).
3. FINANCIAL & SPONSORSHIP
- Bank Statements: Updated bank statements of both the Sponsor and the Applicant for the last three (3) months.
- Sponsorship: Sponsorship letter (if you are not sponsoring your trip). Must include the sponsor’s valid ID copy.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- Travel Insurance: This must be done at the visa center. Outside insurance is not accepted.
- All bank statements must be recently updated to reflect the current financial status.
- Ensure the notarized invitation is clearly legible.
