1. PERSONAL & IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS
- Passport: Must be valid for at least 1 year.
- Photocopy: Passport data page photocopy.
- Residence Permit: Valid residence permit if applicant is a foreigner staying in Ghana.
- Photograph: One (1) American size passport picture.
2. ACADEMIC DOCUMENTS
- Local University: Introductory letter from your current university in Ghana.
- Host University: Acceptance letter from the Turkish university.
- Students: Official transcript is required if you apply as a student.
3. PROFESSIONAL & FINANCIAL (FOR LECTURERS)
- Payslips: Three months payslips (applicable to lecturers).
- Bank Statements: Three months bank statements (applicable to lecturers).
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- Ensure all academic letters are official, signed, and stamped.
- Foreign residents in Ghana must ensure their residence permit covers the application period.
