PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW CAREFULLY:
- You have to bring all the necessary documents with you when you attend to submit your application.
- Attend at least 15-30 days BEFORE your intended date of travel.
- Address: Şehit Aziz Güner Sokak no:16 Kumsal/Lefkoşa (9:00 am – 5:00 pm).
- No appointments are needed for our office.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Passport: Valid for at least 6 months with at least one blank page.
- Passport Copy: All pages except empty pages.
- Police Reports: Conviction record certificate and Entry-exit report from TRNC police.
- Photograph: One (1) biometric photograph (5×6 cm).
- Residence Permit: Valid permit (Student permit, Working Permit etc.).
- For Students: Original student letter/graduation certificate or acceptance letter from Turkey.
- For Workers: Employment letter stating travel permission and acceptance letter from Turkey.
- Financial: Bank statement with at least $4500 (signed and stamped).
- Health Report: Blood tests for HIV, Hepatitis B/C, HPV, etc.
- Travel: Confirmed hotel and flight reservations (DO NOT buy actual tickets).
NOTICE: TRAVEL INSURANCE MUST BE OBTAINED IN OUR OFFICE.
