1. PASSPORT & PHOTOGRAPHS
- Passport: Valid for at least 6 months. Include copies of the passport and previous visas. At least one blank page (front and back) is required.
- Biometric Photographs: Two recent 4×6 biometric photos, not older than 6 months.
2. FINANCIAL STATUS & OCCUPATION
- Bank Statement: Stamped bank statement for the last 6 months’ transactions, issued within 10 days of application.
- Employees: Original HR letter signed and stamped (stating salary, hiring date, position, and purpose of travel), valid for 30 days.
- Business Owners: Original and copy of the commercial register and tax card.
3. TURKISH COMPANY CONTRACT & DOCUMENTS
- Original Contract: Signed and stamped contract from the Turkish company mentioning position, employment period, and salary.
- Company Records: Copies of the Turkish company’s commercial register, tax card, signature circular, and Trade Registry Gazette announcement.
- Activity Certificate: A copy of the activity certificate of the Turkish company.
- Invitation: Official invitation letter from the Turkish company.
4. ADDITIONAL OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS
- Criminal Record: An official criminal record certificate.
- Birth Certificate: Original copy of the birth certificate.
- Medical Report: A disease-free report from a governmental hospital in Egypt.
- Education: A copy of your graduation certificate.
5. FOR NON-EGYPTIAN APPLICANTS
- Residence Permit: Must have a full 3-month validity in Egypt.
- Application Timeline: Apply at least 30 days before the residence permit expires.
- Translation: Arabic documents must be translated into Turkish by authorized sworn translators. List available at: www.konsolosluk.gov.tr.
IMPORTANT: Travel insurance during the travel period is ONLY issued through our office. No other insurance will be accepted.
Visa Fee: 203$ + 5$ for Initial Flight & Hotel Reservation.
- Initial flight and hotel reservations can be handled through our office.
- The Turkish Embassy reserves the right to request additional documents or a personal interview.
- Embassy reserves the right not to disclose reasons for acceptance or rejection.
- Fees and documents are non-refundable in case of rejection.
