STUDENT VISA EGYPT

REQUIRED MANDATORY DOCUMENTS & PROCEDURES

1. PASSPORT & PHOTOGRAPHS
  • Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months. Include copies of the passport and previous visas. At least one blank page (front and back) is required.
  • Biometric Photographs: Two recent 4×6 biometric photos, not older than 6 months.
2. UNIVERSITY ACCEPTANCE
  • Acceptance Letter: Official letter from a Turkish University including registration validity, expiry dates, and YÖK ID (valid for 30 days).
  • Enrollment Certificate: If the acceptance letter has expired, a current enrollment certificate from the university with the YÖK ID mentioned must be provided (valid for 30 days).
3. EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTS
  • Secondary School Certificate: Original and a copy of the secondary school completion certificate.
  • Translation: The certificate must be translated into Turkish by authorized sworn translators.
  • Payment Receipt: A copy of the tuition/expenses payment receipt.
4. FOR NON-EGYPTIAN APPLICANTS
  • Residence Permit: Must have a full 3-month validity in Egypt.
  • House Contract: Rental or ownership contract in Egypt, if available.
  • Application Timeline: Apply at least 30 days before the residence permit expires.
  • Official Translation: Any Arabic documents must be translated into Turkish by authorized sworn translators. List available at: www.konsolosluk.gov.tr.
IMPORTANT: Travel insurance during the travel period is ONLY issued through our office. No other insurance will be accepted.
Visa Fee: 203$ + 5$ for Initial Flight & Hotel Reservation.
  • Initial flight and hotel reservations can be handled through our office.
  • The Turkish Embassy reserves the right to request additional documents or a personal interview.
  • Embassy reserves the right not to disclose reasons for acceptance or rejection.
  • Fees and documents are non-refundable in case of rejection.
